Engineered Retaining Walls

Engineered retaining walls tend to be best described as Solid or traditional retaining walls exceeding local building code height requirements. Therefore actual retaining wall design specifications are drafted per our structural engineer and followed as a guideline.

This is a common requirement for our larger commercial retaining wall clients. Although some residential or home sites may require an Engineered retaining wall if terracing (multi level or tiers) is not a viable option.
